Wanted a room for rent in St. Johns for a place for me and my girlfriend to lay our heads for December for work purposes

I am moving to St Johns for July 2025. I am hoping to get in touch with landowners looking to rent a studio or one bedroom apartment for myself and my dog Luna. I will be attending MUN part-time to complete a Gender Studies degree and working full-time. I will have my own tenant insurance and would be willing to do a damage deposit or first and lasts months rent - I am flexible. I can have references available. I have my own vehicle. I would be open to negotiating priced if utilities and internet are included if applicable. Would be a long- term intention.

We are looking for a small home on land that we can garden (using above ground containers only - we will not dig up anything) It is for a mature, responsible couple and a larger dog (Bouvier) that is highly trained.
