2007 Raptor 700. Owned for 3 years now and hasn't given me any problems.
Extremely reliable, tons of power, with tasteful mods that makes this beast
make a stock raptor feel like it's an antique.
Only thing it had when I acquired it was a slip on HMF exhaust.. other than
that I did everything myself. Regular oil changes. Only thing it needs is a
rear bumper (which I have just not installed) and a brake light reflector
(light still works)
- HMF exhaust (paired with a HMF header)
- Big Gun Dobeck programmer
- +1.5" wider rear axle (like new)
- +4" wider (2" each side) front end HD kit with i5500 shocks (worth over
- Extended brake lines
- CCP adjustable puck style steering stabilizer (cost 300$ new) makes it feel
like she has power steering. Night and day difference when at higher speeds.
- Alba case saver
- Alba anti vibe steering stem (like new)
- Nurf bars
- Full wrap kit. In 7/10 condition, only notice imperfections up close.
New rear sprocket.
New front wheel bearings.
New aarm bushings.
New clutch and throttle cable.
New 2" bar riser.
Kept airbox stock (safest way to prevent dust entering intake). You can remove
the lid and adjust the programmer for a bit more power. I find it fast enough
as is so I leave it on.
If you know anything about these 700s their pretty cheap to get extremely
powerful. Even a stage 2 cam and high compression piston will bring you to over
50 hp and that's around 500$. An iconic bike that's got years of life left.
I've only maybe used 4 tanks of gas past 2 summers. Open to offers but even at
3400 this is a steal. Not interested in trades unless it's a 02-06 WRX, or
possibly a 03-06 F7 (but would have to have cash on your end).
